CMO Intern reserves the right to accept, reject, or remove any advertisement at its discretion, even if it doesn't explicitly violate these policies.

Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited from appearing in advertisements on CMO Intern:

- Adult Content: Content that is sexually suggestive, promotes adult products or services, or exploits, abuses, or endangers children.

- Counterfeit Goods: Advertisements for counterfeit or fake products, including replicas or imitations of designer goods.

- Unauthorized Use of CMO Intern Branding: Using CMO Intern's name, logo, or branding without explicit permission.

- Dangerous Products or Services: Advertisements for weapons, firearms, ammunition, explosives, or instructional content related to their assembly or acquisition.

- Discriminatory Practices: Content that promotes discrimination or hatred based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

- Dishonest or Illegal Activities: Advertisements for products or services that enable illegal activities, including copyright infringement, academic dishonesty, financial scams, hacking, or unauthorized access to systems or devices.

- False or Misleading Claims: Advertisements containing false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims about products, services, or their effectiveness. This includes unrealistic claims about weight loss, financial gain, health benefits, or cures for incurable diseases.

- Inappropriate Content: Content that is violent, obscene, offensive, defamatory, libelous, threatening, or promotes illegal or harmful activities.

- Solicitation of Lawsuits: Advertisements soliciting participation in lawsuits, including class action lawsuits.

- Illegal Drugs and Drug Paraphernalia: Advertisements for illegal drugs, controlled substances, cannabis (except where legally permitted for CBD), drug paraphernalia, or depictions of hard drug use.

- Religious Advocacy: Content that promotes or disparages specific religions or religious views.

- Sensationalistic Content: Advertisements that use misleading or exaggerated claims, emotionally manipulative tactics, or exploit sensitive events to attract clicks.

Content Subject to Further Review

The following content may be permitted in advertisements on CMO Intern but will be subject to case-by-case review:

- Astrology, Occult, and Paranormal: Advertisements related to astrology, horoscopes, psychic services, and similar topics may be permitted but should not promote harmful or misleading practices.

- Beauty and Cosmetic Procedures: Advertisements for cosmetic procedures, body modification, and plastic surgery should promote realistic expectations and responsible practices.

- CBD Products: Advertisements for CBD products are subject to strict regulations and must comply with all applicable laws. Ads should not make medical claims or target minors.

- Dating Services: Advertisements for dating services should promote safe and responsible dating practices and should not promote casual sex or potentially exploitative services.

- Environmental Claims: Advertisements making environmental claims must be truthful, substantiated, and comply with relevant regulations.

- Financial Services: Advertisements for financial services, including cryptocurrency exchanges, trading apps, and NFTs, must be transparent about risks, comply with regulations, and not promote illegal or misleading investment schemes.

- Gambling and Gaming: Advertisements for online games, video games, and legalized gambling must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, not target minors, and promote responsible gambling practices.

- Healthcare: Advertisements for healthcare products and services, including medications, medical devices, telemedicine platforms, and online diagnosis websites, must comply with all applicable regulations and should not make misleading or unsubstantiated claims.

- Political Content: Advertisements for political candidates, campaigns, or issues will be reviewed for compliance with campaign finance laws and should not contain false or misleading information.

- Sexual and Reproductive Health: Advertisements for sexual and reproductive health products and services should be factually accurate, respectful, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

- Sweepstakes and Contests: Advertisements for sweepstakes and contests must clearly disclose all rules and regulations and comply with relevant laws.

- Tobacco Products: Advertisements for tobacco products are generally prohibited. However, advertisements promoting policies that transition away from tobacco products may be considered.
