Q: Before Fintech24h became one of the leading names in Web3 marketing, it actually started from something much smaller. Can you take us back to where it all began—and what inspired the journey?

[Phat Vo]: It all began in 2021 when Vincent Nguyen—who had previously worked on multiple projects in the role of CMO and is now the Founder & CEO of Fintech24h—approached me with an idea. Back then, it wasn’t about building an agency or a company—just a simple blog. We wanted a space to share foundational knowledge and analytical insights on crypto and Web3 marketing. We were passionate about sharing foundational knowledge and analytical insights on crypto and Web3 marketing—not just for the local Vietnamese audience, but for a global readership, especially professionals already working in or transitioning into this space. What began as a simple blog quickly evolved as we recognized a growing, unmet need for specialized Web3 marketing services. That realization became the catalyst for building Fintech24h into what it is today.


Q: What was the transition like from blog to full-service Web3 marketing agency?

[Phat Vo]: The transition was both exciting and overwhelming. Moving from content to consulting required us to build core competencies in digital strategy, creative production, community engagement, and influencer marketing. We had to scale fast and smart. What helped was that we had already earned the community’s trust through our content. That credibility became the foundation for building out new service lines and forming long-term client partnerships.


Q: What is your philosophy when it comes to product development in a marketing agency context?

[Phat Vo]:  For me, product development is about solving real problems at scale. In our case, the "product" is often an intangible asset: a strategy, a campaign, or a community system. My role is to ensure these services are standardized where possible, optimized through analytics, and continuously improved based on market feedback. We also develop internal tools that allow us to track campaign performance, manage influencer outreach, and ensure measurable ROI.

Marketing can amplify a message, but it can’t fix a broken product. Another trend is the demand for measurable transparency—communities want to see real progress, not just promises. That’s why we encourage our clients to build in public and show iterative improvements. Lastly, influencer trust is being redefined; it's no longer about follower count but authenticity and alignment with project values.


Q: Leading a team in a fast-paced, ever-changing industry like Web3 must come with its own challenges. How do you keep everyone aligned and inspired?

[Phat Vo]: It really comes down to creating a culture that values autonomy, experimentation, and continuous growth.
